ZOMBIE CAJUN HOT SAUCE
Zombie Cajun Hot Sauce is a Louisiana style hot sauce with a cayenne pepper base. More flavorful than most such sauces, it is derived from an aged pepper mash. Its main ingredient is not heat, but flavor. As one older Cajun ranked it, “It takes a lot to make it hot, but this one actually makes my food taste better.”
This sauce is featured in the ‘Zombie Cajun Chronicles,’ written by Paul Spite and Ricky Hooter.
